When we say you we have a whole spiritual team helping you we really do mean it! But who are they?

 

Come and join us for a wonderful afternoon and meet your spirit guides. We will start by learning who spiritual guides are and what they can help us with. How to recognise their energy and  we will then have a beautiful guided meditation to meet them.

 

Afterwards we can draw or write down any information they have shown us. All materials will be supplied. We will take a short break for refreshments and cake, then have another beautiful guided meditation to meet our animal spirit guides. We will then share our experiences within the group and I will go over different spiritual animal meanings.
